Another show to report on - the "Mane Event" Horse show in Red Deer.

We entered a booth to show off our sign-making capabilities, with a 5 foot by 2 foot sign for a horse stable. We see lots of possibilities for serving the Horse-loving crowd, including signage for stall doors, stables and ranches, custom labelling of grooming and training tools, cutting of leather parts for saddles, tack and clothing, etc... Not to mention etching of photographs of your favourite equine buddy into a wide range of media!

Earlier, we had a display at the Edmonton Association for the Deaf Annual show held at the Delta on November 16-17 2007. There was quite a lot of interest in our products.

We created an engraving of Leonardo DaVinci's "Vetruvian Man" as a donation for the "Voices for Hospice" event on October 20, 2007. He went over quite well and sold for more than we appraised him for. His image was engraved on a 12" x 12" piece of marble.

On September 18,2007 we had a booth at the Edmonton Bridal Expo Show - our very first trade show. It went quite well, and we made lots of new friends, most of them planning the big day. We offered all kinds of options for wedding planning, including everything from uniquely etched or cut invitations, to decorations, to table centrepieces, to photography and wedding albums.

Another item of interest was the etching of wedding photos onto black marble, white marble, or wood, in order to have a permanent keepsake of the union. These wedding photos are guaranteed to last at least a thousand years! If it fades after only 900 years, feel free to bring it back to us and we'll gladly replace it.

Another popular item was the etching of the music and lyrics of the wedding song used in the ceremony, or the vows as written by the couple, or a favorite bible passage - whatever! - anything etched into a wooden plaque, or again, the tile, stone, or glass ....is only limited to your imagination!
